First Osprey...

I can count on one hand how many types of birds I know , thanks to Bob G the Osprey is now one of those.
I spotted this one drying him/her self on a branch on the edge of a cliff just South of Lennox Heads - this is the first time I have ever seen one in real life. We were out looking for whales and saw none but did see the Osprey. Not being a big bird photographer I may have normally just passed this one up especially since I was running late for a flight at the time.
Thanks BobG for all of your Osprey images, I now have more of an interest in birds. .now to the images..
It was quite overcast and not good light, iso was fairly high and I had to do a tight crop...but hey better than a kick in the rear...
