Hi

Havent posted for a while.
Here is a photo I took at coolum beach a couple of years ago..
No where near the recent efforts of some members at Pt Cartwright.....let me know what you think.

Not bad however would prefer a point of focus...maybe getting low down to emphasise the rocks or high up to emphasise the whole scene would be better... I would reshoot with better light.. Or if you had some time...one could try to get the misty waves effect on photoshop...

I do agree that the point of focus is lacking abit in the picture.
As for the light...I took this at 6am in the morning! to try to get a nice morning glow but i think the cloudy conditions stood in the way of that. Perhaps I can photoshop that in

I also used a fairly large f stop...probably in the order of 3.5 to 4.5. I suspect that the photo would have benefited from f/8 or 11 and be mounted on a tripod for increase the depth of field.
