The emu is great. I think I would have tried to throw the background a little more out of focus. The swan looks like you used fill flash. While it may have been warranted, it probably needs to be dialed back a bit so it doesn't look like it. And if you didn't use fill flash, I'm not sure what to suggest. The turkey has good detail, but doesn't do anything for me. I love the monitor in the last. The water level needs to be straightened.

I think you have showed me things I never knew about emus in that first shot - look at those ears also gerry's photography journey
No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.
