Heya guys,

Haven't posted here in a while, but thought it was time that I did... Was down in Tassie not so long ago out & about and the old camera got a bit of a workout, here are 2 shots that I'd like to share with everyone :)
C&C as always more than welcome.

Both shots taken on the same day, and at the same stretch of beach / coastline. (click for larger image)

Thanks for looking,

Nice drama and use of foreground (in the first), however, I think your PP has let you down a bit as there is distinct haloing around the cliff face in the distance (first) and rocks near the wave (second).

Thanks for the C&C Patrick.

I'm not sure as to why that halo has happened, I can definitely see it now that you've pointed it out... Ill go over them again and see what I can do.
Thanks again,

-Rob.

Hi Rob,

It's from your sharpening - you've taken it a nudge too far.

Pull it back a little, and you'll be fine.

I like the pebbles/rocks in the first...I love the great colours and with the glisten (spelling) of the wetness! even cropping for just the pebbles would make a nice screensaver/background!

Hey Rob,
Nice to see you have been out with the camera.
I also like the pebble shot. I like the muted grey day look.
