I took this photo about one year ago now during a function so the
place was quite busy and I couldn't use either a tripod or flash.
I set the ISO at 1600 and the aperture at f/5 and the
speed at 160 sec and this is what I got. I hope you like it.

Nicely done... I like the background which puts it all in context. A good stock photo as well I think.
