Does it look to aritficial? it was not far from that colour...

Not that I would know, but the only thing that I noticed was that I would not have expected the reflected sky to have such intensity... the actual sky doesn't look fake, IMHO.

Then again, I might just be experiencing "wishful memories" of Australia's blue skies....

Nice shot MHD - the reflected sky off of the water would look darker, read bluer(!) as it is not the same as transmitted light we see directly in the sky

Fair enough... and perhaps the fact that the water is also relatively "glassy" makes a difference? I am more used to ocean reflections....
