Hi All....
Been a long time since Ive taken any snaps let alone posted them..
went to point cook RAAF museum today...great place, insane security guard tho!
so heres my pics with the 400D...just the 18-55 kit lens as the 50mm i have was too long to get full pics... the colour one purposely has a bluer background to bring the plane out a bit...
which is best... B&W? Colour or Sepia?

I personally like the black and white image for the first set. Neither the Phantom nor the TIger Moth did much for me. I would have imagined that the lighting was not great, but good work!

B&W for me, it suits the old style if plane.
I always think of sepia as just a faded old B&W anyway.

I think the first image is a wonderful example of a B&W image that is better than its colour counterpart.

yep..only a few lights, the walkways were close to the planes and the shutter was at something like 1/4 ... and i was leaning backwards for the phantom that's the reason for OOF me thinks...

would love to get the oldy out on the grass with sum trees behind.....oh well one can only wish

Thanks again guys...and if u ever get the chance go out there...great for a visit :)
