Please note that this is not an area for you to showcase your images, nor is this a place for you to show-off where you have been. This is an area for you to post images so that you may share with us a technique that you have mastered, or are trying to master. Some mates who have recently purchased a farm and converted it to race horse agistment and specialising in Acqua Walker strengthening asked me to do some shots in a hurry for their brochure so they can do some marketing at the upcoming "Magic Millions."

Here are four shots from the shoot - D3 and 14-24 - Comments Welcome.

Bob,

You can lead a horse to water ....

There's some interesting distortion in the first. To me, the image appears to have a slight lean to the right - look at the horizontals on the gate immediately in front of the horse. However, the bottom of the roofline (top left) seems to actually be leaning in the other direction.

Obviously shot with a wide angle lens, these will be artifacts of the lens's distortion imposed upon the image. This not a problem with the image, but merely an observation.

Apart from the spelling errors ....

I'm sure that that's a horse's behind. :)

Bob, like them all but believe the first is perfect for the intended function, show the aqua walker in use with the stables name and details in the back, what more could a client ask for?

Thanks Guys

There is an aqua walker, a dry walker, stables and heaps of new fencing. Also a few cattle on the property.

The Graphic Artist will blue up the water a bit because of the horse shit discolouration and grass the centre area then I think that shot will be on the front cover.

Overall I deliverd them 15 shots to choose from which gives a good picture story of the operation.

Great work Bob, just one question though about the colour choices. Have you received a printed proof?

The colours selected are very bright on screen as they ar back lit, with a print being reflection copy I'd be concerned as
to the legibility of the text and logos.
All I know, is that I don't know enough.....
