Like #1 and #2. In #1 I like the angle at which you've shot it, the shallow DOF and the lighting. I just wonder if it would be better if you cloned out the obvious edge of the table or whatever it is in the immediate foreground. #2..well spotted (no pun intended). Great shot.

Matt,
I really like no. 1. The clown looks as though it's alive. I can almost hear the sounds of his accordion. That and the pastel moody colours in the image accompany his moody face perfectly.

No. 1 is a great portrait and no. 2 should be printed large and exhibited.

#2 - a superb example of what you do best.
#1 looks a little opalescent - maybe needs a contrast bump

I agree with Peter about #2, you are great at showing us these scenes that typically most of us would just ignore, I like it
