After tangcla's recent post I thought I would give it a go. Not to his standard but you have to start somewhere.Some PP done...

Flash the front and painted the sides with a LED torch.I think the flash shows up to much interior.. Next time.

Matt, nice image. Agree about the flash lighting the interior maybe have the flash on the side and the torch at the front?

When I tried just a torch at close range it showed up , so most likely try with a larger torch and softbox or similar..

It is difficult with a softbox unless you have completely got it covered and sealed. I have tried and it was next to impossible.. LED lights may be the way to go
