Trying a bit of strobist lighting in a garage (I am still tethered to the wall by my lights)
Any suggestions for improvement?

Grow some stubble, a few scars, and last but not least, look mean and then in your own words you will be a gangsta
Photo, it’s fine

An interesting and very creative image! Technically very good...you seem to have your lighting working for you.

Thanks guys. Lighting was silver umbrella with Golden eagle light camera left and 430EX bare with mauve color filter background triggered with poverty wizards.

Nice shot.
Suggestions for improvement? - the lighting is great but I know you like your PP and wonder if you have pushed it a bit too hard? There seems to be some orange war paint on left of the face...

Looks great, only suggestion, re shoot, and try and not have your hand cover your head..... maybe, its hard to say if it would be better, but its the first thing I noticed (once I started looking) as a whole very good.

Thanks Mitchell and Kane.
I did notice the orange paint on the face using the work computer only (DELL ultrasharp monitor similar to what I use at home!). The only PP I applied was curves and maybe sharpening. Hmm... I will have to check it out at home again.
I can definitely reshoot as the subject is willing. I will try to make sure that the face is not covered.
Thanks for everyone's comments and suggestions..
