Hi,

I have been wanting to shoot some rural landscapes for a while now, so I thought, why not do it during storm season ;)

I prefer #1 but both are great shots, I love the moody-ness of them. The skies are wonderful and the post really brings out the green. Great work!

I love No#1 as well, I'd like to see the barn a little lighter.
Only slightly for more detail.

Cheers

Thanks guys, I have had that feedback a bit, about the barn being lighter, I will give it a go and see what I can get out of it, stay tuned for a sunset shot here ;)

Looks great with the moody skies!

I had a look at the larger photos but they seem a bit soft? Maybe you didn't sharpen prior to posting on the net?

Ok sure, I tend not to do too much sharpening... what do you do?

Upsharp mask is PS?

I like both. Good use of HDR.
