Spotted this old coot at the Woodford Folk Festival standing there rambling on about nothing in particular.

Seriously...this a beautiful photograph and I can just imagine it printed very large and sympathetically and beautifully framed. WOW!

excellent shot - the only thing that catches me out is the eye (the open one:) ) is looking out of the frame - but as matt.k said, would look excellent printed.

(check out that nose...thats some serious gear :D and a beard to match)

i can't offer any critique - love it as it. great composition, great tones, great emotion.

That Old Coot is a very dear friend of mine, his name is Campbell Irving and he makes a living travelling around to festivals and reciting poetry.

By the way he wouldn't mind being called an Old Coot :lol:
