I like how you have captured the elephant throwing dirt into the air (or on himself). I think perhaps a different angle, if possible, would have eliminated the background clutter and allowed us to see him a little better.

I was thinking down the same lines - maybe the angle of the fella is wrong. I still is an amazing action freeze imo, just pity about the busy background.

I agree about the clutter - you might be able to improve this a bit by cropping the stuff on the left and removing some of the foreground at the bottom of the photo.

At the same time you could introduce more dark tones to increase the contrast which will make the elephant skin texture more interesting and may darken some clutter behind him...
