First nature images from my Nikkor 200mm f/4D

Took the D300 and 200mm lens on the dog walk today hoping to see something worth photographing. It was overcast which meant that the lighting was great albeit not very bright. I had to go with ISO800 because of it and so there's a bit of grain visible in the shots. I'm going to have to build a suitable softbox for use with this lens, but until then, I guess I'll be shooting with available light.
Here are 4 shots from the walk. I love the background in the first.
Common yellow robber fly, Ommatius sp.
Common flatwing damselfly, Austroargiolestes icteromelas.
Tachinid fly, possibly Rutilia sp.
