biggerry, Do you mind if I ask where that was? Looks like a great place to shoot some wakeboarding with a winch!

where that was?

lets start with...'the state where they are chopping all the trees down' (and no not QLD :) )

seriously though,
The location is Dove Lake in the Cradle Maountian-Lake St Clair National Park in Tasmania - The famous boat shed is about 10 mins walk anti-clockwise around the lake. The shed is made from King Billy pine shingles and I think had something to do with the Waldheim Chalet (Gustav and Kate Weindorfer).

Dprime, if you can get a wakeboard and winch on there I would seriously by you a beer..ok ok...a carton of beer :D (2 cartons if its the middle of winter)

yeah, i thought i was tough and might have a dip - but thought twice after a local told me the water temperature was something stupid like 8 degrees (that was actually lake St clair - but close enough)

but dont you need a boat as well ?

Hehe. I now have a certificate (and still and video proof!) from my swimming around an iceberg in 1-degree water. :D

Nice work with this image. What equipment did you use?

around an iceberg in 1-degree water.

that would result in a substantial amount of time before the crown jewels to returned to their normal position....

What equipment did you use?
