We had a good day out today. Thanks to Peter for organising it and Philo for catering. Very nice.

Eddie came out to entertain some of us and came over for a pat.

He waddled past without a worry in the world.

This is not swimming  At nearly 40 degrees who can blame you

Great shots Colin!!!

The WB looks a little off in your echidna shots though

Yes The camera was set for day light and 3200 iso.
I was more worried about getting at least one shot in focus.
To top it all off I negated the raw + option the other day and had not reset it.
Not to worry it was fun to be there.

ROFL, dont worry, throw the pics into Capture NX (Photoshop/Lightroom or whatever tickles your fancy) and away you go! Not the best way but you will still be able to get it corrected. I hate it when I do that!

It was a fun trip.

Colin. I like #2 and #3 but the yellowish WB bothers me. #1 there is just a bit too much distracting foreground vegetation. That said I'm jealous you (a) have shots of the echidna and (b) made it to the falls

It is a pity about the white balance in the first 2 shots. I think the second shot would be great if the colours were a little more "natural".

I love the way Mozzie provides a sense of scale in the 3rd shot.
