In the larger (linked) image, look at the fringing where the sky is viewable through the trees, in the upper rh segment. A difficult situation to photograph, and the contrast range displayed is well beyond the capabilities of the camera's sensor.
I actually almost think that the bluish cast helps to enhance this image. Forests are dark, cool places, and the blue-ness is often a quality of the light one encounters when in this sort of environment. In this case, it adds to the feel of the image.
