A shot of my daughter and then some playing in LR2.

This is a lovely, classic image. I like the treatment too. I am, however, ambivalent about whether Phoebe's feet should be cloned out or left in as I find them a little distracting.

Geoff - a beautifully poignant portrait! Excellent.
I think Stubbsy's suggestion is excellent, clone the feet, they're a significant distraction! Good work!

Noice.
Instead of cloning out the feet entirely, try experimenting with burning them in (using LR2's adjustment brushes).

I quite like it with the feet included, but here is the same pic with feet now removed.
Lighting is natural window light.

Hi Geoff,
That is an awesome picture - has a timeless quality with a very engaging subject - too old for cute pictures indeed. Very nicely done!
Cheers

I must say that the no feet version seems better Geoff.
The background now seems a little dark though.
All that said it is a great shot.

fabulous eye contact. definately no feet.
i'm a bit unsure about the amount of procesing on her face.
