We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread. Please also ensure that you have a meaningful location included in your profile. Please refer to the FAQ for details of what "meaningful" is.

I think that the shallow DoF doesn't help this image much at all. I would prefer a slightly higher angle with greater DoF, so that I can gain a better appreciation of what's happening here. g.

..... to explain..... higher angle not needed as type will be in the white area and below the sharp area, so the only part of the pix needed to tell a story would be the sharp area....... and yes other angles where shot, but the main shot is a higher angle with a hand on the stick with a tad more DOF...... ...... the images shown here are second or third choices, until the shots are used for various POS material and brochures Cheers ....bp....
