Hi there,

After a long absence from these forums I came back a couple of months ago (maybe more) with the intention of getting back into photography and posting some photos... Then life got in the way and I dissapeard again... But I am back :)

Now living in the ACT and things have settled down a whole heap so I can get back into photography...

Anyway... some pics taken this past weekend:

The ants aren't actually attacking the leafhoppers in these pics. They are farming them for their Honeydew (sugar + water that comes out of their bum :) ).

Hope you guys enjoy looking

Again, lighting and detail are excellent. I like all the nymphs in the first shot. I'd like to see a tad more space at the top of the first one.

The second one is superb. I feel the space at the bottom is wasted when you've cut part of the ant off. To me it would have been better off getting all the ant's antenna and ditch the branch at the bottom.
