Playing with new lens (Tokina 11-16 AT-X)Howdy all,
It's been a while since I last made a post but I couldn't resist posting about my new lens - Tokina 11-16 AT-X. I have only had this lens for about a week, and haven't had much of a chance to test it out fully, but so far I love this lens ! Here are a couple of shots I took of the kids, wide open at f2.8 with natural light (these images are straight out of the camera - D70 - no PP). This lens seems to be quite sharp and although it is far from a portrait-style lens, I think it did a pretty reasonable job. I'm off to QLD in a couple of weeks time, on holidays, so hopefully when I get back I will have many great photos to share. Any thoughts/comments welcomed. Dave Dave
