I have been working at Darling Harbor this week at a "Pain Conference" (heard all the jokes but you can say them again )

I like the symetry and perspective in #1
#3 does not grab me

#1 is the only one that does anything for me

#1 has a brochure type of feel.

I think the escalator could be improved there was some sense of movement...pehaps of the surroundings while you went down the escalator..

Thanks for the comments folks. Yeah no1 was my favourite as well. It was the one I spent time PP on as well!! The third one was a concept that I would love to actually pull off. Maybe a kids rather than a work college next time!
