I like the shot a lot - the composition is fantastic - but I wonder if you could do a bit more with the processing.
There is some unused real estate at the white end of the histogram - I don't think you have used the full tonal range.
I think the desaturation works, but I would like to see more contrast in the skin. You could increase the skin contrast at the expense of the background.
