Love the way how you managed to get the right DOF for both sets of eyes to be in focus. Lovely shot.

They almost look like stone statues, or even birds with bark instead of feathers - really like your point of focus selection and like biggerry said, it just seems to work! Well done.

Good focus on the eyes, wonder it it would be improved by having more of the first bird in focus? Although with this image you keep wandering from front to back and back again so it does hold your attention.

Those bird looks very intriguing. I remember on another forums that someone thought they were owls
