Very nice, Peter. My preference is for the first. I am surprised to say it, but I actually believe there is too much contrast in the last one.

Very nice pictures. I like the first one best. I like the black and white treatment.

I quite like the Redfern railway workshop one, I am going to go the other way to Reschsmooth and say the contrasty treatment is quite effective given the BW conversion and subject matter, but it is personal taste...
The first one had me looking for quite some time, the brickwork supports on the right remind me of small church, but the doorway shapes give me a middle-eastern feel. Now I am curious to know what the place is!

Great stuff Peter, it is always a pleasure to view your work!
I really like #1, all the lines and textures work for. #3 has a great feel as well, I agree that the contrast can be dialled down a bit.

Peter,
#1 is good but doesn't quite work for me. I find the opening to the courtyard on the left a bit distracting.
#2 is a fountain
#3 is really nice. Much better when viewed big. When viewed big, I don't think there is a problem with too much contrast, quite like it. Well balanced with some space in the foreground to lead you in.
cheers,
André
