Now how do I clean my camera

Well I took the kids caving on the weekend.
The Photography was poor.
Too scared too ruin the gear, too dusty, too wet, too, humid, too dry, to high, too low, too much guiding and worrying about kids, etc etc
A couple of shots below for comment, but the real question is
HOW DO I CLEAN MY CAMERA?
It at turns went thru, talcum powder dust, mud, "cement bag" (location name) dust, and wet areas, now it is both covered in mud and dry dust!!!!
Vaccumed with bristle brush.
What it needs is a bucket of hot soapy water and a scrubbing brush, any better ideas?
Hey Justin made it
Old tourist cave ladders in Grill Cave
The roof height meant that all shots here were with the camera (with flash) held portrait as camera and flash was higher that the floor to roof height! I am sure that did not hurt this much 20 years ago!
Cold in the evenings at Bungonia Caves (near Goulburn)
