Eastern Yellow Robins attack BMW

Went up to Buderim Rainforest this afternoon and parked my X5 near where I was going to shoot. These Robins were immediately attracted to the windscreen reflections and the mirrors and were pecking away like mad.

I had no chance at all of shooting them in a natural environment as intended.

the second is sharp as but I really like the movement captured in the first and think its a more interesting shot

I also agree...very cute. I wonder if popping up the in-built flash would have helped?

No unbuilt flash on the D3 & no time to set up SB 900.
Agree flash would help though.

I like the second one. It is a shame the first one is a bit blur, but I guess it add motion.

Have to agree with DepT ,I like the first one, the motion in the wings is great.

The second one is a great shot nice and sharp.

+1...is it just me or does the WB seem a bit off?? The images could be warmer IMHO
