The second of my favourites from this weekends workshop...
I highly recommend the other Tom Putt workshops as this one was fan-bloody-tastic.
Cheers

I see no tall ship? Or jumping trout?
Seriously....a powerful seascape/skyscape. Get out there and keep them coming.

Zang, those clouds look like they're skimming your head. I also like the way they look like they are collectively bending as they travel off to the horizon. You've nailed the ratio of sky water foreground (not to much of any of them). Spectacular pic.

Sigh, and this is the sort of photo I was trying to take at Tower Hill with my F80. I had dramatic cloud formations with the sun beaming through them, with Tower Hill in the shot. Unfortunately they all sucked. Too dark, grainy. Was using a rock as a makeshift tripod but I must of metered incorrectly.
This time I plan to go down with the right kit.

WOW, I love this shot, fantastic.
This shot blown up on your wall has paid for the tour....
Well done.

Absolutely stunning capture of a very dramatic sunset.
However the landscape in the foreground doesn't really add to the photograph at all. It's a shame you couldn't have capture the large and small landmass jutting out of the ocean (I've also shot at this spot before, nice spot
) with this sunset. That would have made an awesome photo!
Sorry if it sounds very critical.
