LOL... You're spot on gary, but sometimes I like to play with WB settings for artistic effect, and this was definitely one of those occasions... I deliberately made it blue and also toned down the exposure and even applied a vignette to give it a darker more moody feel.gstark wrote:John,
While I like the framing and composition in this, you have let your quality of work slip here due to the poor wb settings. When you're shooting in open shade, there may be a tendency towards a blue cast in the image, and this needs to be addressed. This is very evident in the shadowed areas of the white dress, as well as in the skin colouration on her legs.
I'm almost of the opinion that this image may also be under-exposed, but I'd like to see the wb corrected before I make that call.
