Great images Norm. I really like the photo of the Focke, very nice. With all that equipment, I'll bet you didn't have any room for clothing etc., but who needs clean undies.

Norm,

Some great work there.

As to the trip ... it's a tough life, but someone's got to do it.

Great to hear that you are having lots of fun, and thanks for sharing those pics. That is a HUGE amount of gear to be carrying around though.

Look forward to seeing more pics!

Fantastic photos Norm, I particularly like the FW 190 and the Vulcan.

I can't believe the amount of gear you are dragging around, that is an epic effort.

Hi Everyone

Thanks for the comments, still in U.K. till 3/9 then to Hong Kong for three days, not carrying a tripod, or a flash (left that in a hotel in Paris and they have just found it after two months !), am now carrying my hardrives with my passports and wallet everywhere linked to my person ,

I keep the large lenses in suitcases locked , and in hotel rooms when not carrying them, we have been staying mostly in b&b's and relos homes so it hasnt been too bad,,you do what you can but in the end ya cant take it all with you everywhere everyday,,,trust in god and insurance,,,

Here are a couple from Duxford airshow part of the Shuttleworth collection (thats another story/shoot) a Westland Lysander and a Gloster Gladiator, those who know about aircraft will know they both utilise the same powerplant

Image

And a Morane Saulnier MS406 the worlds only flying example

Image

went to Bovington tank museum yesterday filled 4 4gb cards (raw)
if this keeps up i don't know what i'll do

Cheers

Norm

wow these are amazing, i can't say I've looked at a lot of aircraft pics before, i just can't believe that you can actually see the pilots. well at least you will never be able to forget your holiday hey, with all those photos. sounds like you'll be spending the next 3 months processing them
