Try panning with the cars and shoot with a slow shutter speed of around 30th or 40th or slower, this will add a lot more mood to your pix's but it takes a bit of practice. Try it out on a fast highway for practice.....good luck.......

Big Pix, while that might be easy to do with some vehicles. Try doing it with an F1 Car while trying to take shots in between peoples heads :)

Btw, some that big picture of the car was hardly cropped. Have some that require no cropping at all. Which makes it hard to do a pan job and keep the subject in the frame.

Bruno see my signature. There was one lense stuck on my camera all weekend and it wasn't the kit lens :)

Yeah it's amazing what that 50 F/1.4 can achieve with the 1.7x teleconvertor on it :)

Kipper,

Seeing the car and the Foster's logo reminds of years ago. I had a roommate that was a HUGE fan of F1 racing. He would bribe me to wake up at 4AM to watch the race, or whenever the race might start somewhere else in the world, with a cold Foster's in hand.

Don't get me wrong, I don't normally start drinking at 4AM but I'm not going to turn down a cold one.

How do you go about adding your signature to your pics? I think it's about time I start doing that to some of my better shots.

Nice pictures, I envy those who get to see F1 live.
