Keep in mind I would not do this well but...
#1 I find the square catchlights a bit off-putting Also a bit too much shiune on the nose. Otherwise great.
#2 The background is too much in focus. Either iron the sheet or move your subject further forward and/or open up the shutter. Also the helmet is getting lost against the blue ground. What is it? It looks like a thermarest mattress, which is not in keeping with the rest of the portrait. Unless it is relevant, it is easiest to lose the blue. If it relevant (I don't see how) maybe light it carefully (snooted flash) so the helmet shows a greater contrast.
