, I think the square crop works best on images 2 and 3. And while I want to pick that seed pod and put it in the bin to prevent it spreading a weed, I do like the softness you've created with it.

Posted: Sun Nov 29, 2009 10:24 pmImage #3 is outstanding! The square format is sometimes known as the 'classical' format. It's a joy to work with though some seem never to get used to it and hence avoid it. Both Haselblad and Rolleflex shot in square and were beloved of keen photographers everywhere.

You need to take more strolls! Esp #1 and #3 are ABSOLUTE corkers. I hope you print them on canvas (and maybe sell them!!)
