This one's a bit of a conundrum for me. I really like the shot, yet it seems a touch dark (yes even for a dawn shot) and leaves me wanting for more detail. The dilemma is make it too light and it's not dawn!

for some reason, when they go smaller and onto Flickr, they tend to go darker!

I tend to agree it could be a little lighter.
Aside from that I really like the composition. I often find myself trying to shoot scenes like this as they are so stunning when I am there, but they are often boring when I get them home. This image is anything but and I think you have done a good job using the fence and trees to create interest here.
