Steve,
The Manoora looks small on the dry dock isn't it?

Yep, she does. The drydock was built for an aircraft carrier sized ship and i've even seen an oil tanker in it so it is very large. Our ship is 170 metres long and still looks small in perspective. :)

Nothing interesting, but it is very flat ;) The ship has no keel so it's no wonder it rolls so much. :)

Steve - I take it that when you say my ship you own it

Actually my next door neighbour is a Lt/Cmdr in the navy, can never remember his surname, but his christian name is Tim and he was an aide to the Governor General early last year.
