Hi all!

ive not posted any images for a while.. so here's a recent one from st kilda beach just at the beginning of the new year.

the sand and water were riddled with jellyfish, although not the best for swimming or baking, it was a good time for snapping!

Image

Minolta XG-M, 28mm f/2.8, shot on super expired Kodak Gold III print film. C & C welcomed :)

I can see some noise in this one....

I quite like the elements on this, even the crooked horizen and the vignette add to the overall feel.

Every element conspire to make it an excellent arty-photograph.
I like the colours, composition, lack of sharpness, old rusty colours,
crooked horizon, shallow depth of field, noise, and even the white
specs (dust?). There is life still in old film stock!

thanks for the feedback guys.

i know there is a lot of noise, but i like it - in my opinion it could have been a photo from the ten or twenty years ago..

:agree:

great low-down perspective too, the old school effect etc would be nothign without the composition, which I think is very nice here!
