.....nectarine. It wasso wet over the weekend, the rain gauge overflowed so unsure how much we got but reports say around 16" in 24 hours! I should have gone out and captured some images but instead stayed home in the dry. Got bored and set up this shot. Natural daylight from window to LH side.

I like the general look of the photo but want to see the fruit to be more succulent etc. Perhaps some water etc on it to make it glisten.

Geoff, the fruit is a little soft and the shadow on the left is distracting. You will find it easy to improve on this shot - try a reflector on the right, could be as simple as white card. Kudos for trying something new.
