are these in bloom for the whole year?

Hi Wendell,

Caroona is about 30k from Quirindi on the Liverpool Plains.
Depending on rains, a farmer can have 2 crops each year which are usually in flower in Dec and March but only for 1 week are they at their prime
....A very small window of opportunity

#1 is my favourite, love the clarity of the shot, my eyes kept going back to the butterflys legs, amazing! And all the ather shots look superb!! looks like you got to the farm right at the right time! good work!!

Bootiful indeed! Love the color of the sun and the flowers in the third. Good composition. I am keen to see this in a little HDR (not too much).

I am dying to do some longish exposures on this sort of scene to make it look a little abstract... Does anyone know anywhere near Newcastle this sort of crop could be found??
