INteresting shot Wendell, this was at circular quay right? the dude with the tallest monocycle? Looks like he has branched out.

I like the shillouette and star effect but the overpass in the background i am no so keen on..

Great shot.
I don't mind the overpass so much but I would maybe just crop in from the right a little to get rid of the fall-off in light and to move the start effect slightly more to the right.
just some thoughts.

I think this would be another classic 'Wendell'. Lose that star though. It's distracting.

Can you divulge how you process your skies? I am guessing desaturating the blue channel?? :cheers:

come to think of it the star is distracting
just found an opp to shoot contre jourr with the star filter

for this one there isnt any post processing i think my white balance was around 4900K hence the sky has a look of a slight desatiuration of blue

and the rest is just the high shutterspeed
