Re: 2x2... yes, I was there too. Look.Clever composition in #1 and #3 but my pick is by far, #4. The bush images appear 'cool' on my screen, is it worthwhile just adding a fraction colour warmth?
I do not even remember seeing that split tree...good spotting, and again, its interesting to see someone elses take on the walk! gerry's photography journey
No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.
Re: 2x2... yes, I was there too. Look.I remember the split tree right at the beginning. You've done a great job capturing it.
The second one does a great job documenting the walk (and if I remember correctly, that was the walk down from the lookout/car park right at West Head. The third one, while an interesting treatment, does not represent what we saw on the walk, or at least how I remember it. It does make me think of what the walk might have been like had I been very drunk (tunnel vision). The last one is a brilliant nature abstract and is my favourite.

Like Gerry I think the white balance is out on the first 3 - they look a little cool to me as well. #4 is the standout here - abstract and interesting at the same time is a challenge and you've nailed it. Peter

Re: 2x2... yes, I was there too. Look.I would suggest converting #2 to high contrast BW or like a pseudo IR.
Love the abstract on #4. Would be a great to use this this image to add texture to another. that the WB is somewhat cool. Perhaps it's your monitor?
