I think you did a much better job than me on this one. I went in too close and had no depth of field.

I think a landscape crop would have worked better for this. The space above and below looks odd when you have bits falling off the sides.

Missed this one. It has a great effect.

Nevertheless, it still looks like a fairytale garden.

Thankyou Andrew,
I do have some landscape versions of the oyster style fungi but they have more harsh shodows.
Those from the end of the long were miniscule to say the least.

Great detail on teh underside fins on that oyster fungi, you musta got really really low to capture that

I love that first one, you definitely have to click thru to see a sharper version tho. How about a little bit of vignetting to really draw that viewer in?

I expect to see a little toy rock climber scaling that spiderweb rope in that last image  Its a very nice shot with plenty of interest, but as you said the focus is just a fraction off...

Colin - the Oyster-Mushroomish mushroom is a cracker - evenly lit and with great detail - my only niggle is the same as Andrew in that I want wider rather than taller. Regardless this means my yet to be processed shots of this will probably be consigned to the bit bucket
