Re: late fishing.....great shot, i love the colors in the clouds!! but if it were up to me i would crop it to more, say just bellow where the sun hits the water (just after the gold tones in the water). A more square crop maybe? but overall i love it, it captured me and made me wish i was out there with them. very relaxing style shot. Great work.

Re: late fishing.....Love the sky in this. If you did try a crop then take out some of the water and this will give the classic thirds balance.

Re: late fishing.....I think the GND filter, which looks like it is done in PP is overdone. For me the eye gets drawn to the main part of the image which is the jetty then the sun - I think cropping it down to a pano to include just these elements would work better.
