Sharing three from a shoot I did today.

I have always thought this building would make an interesting backdrop for a shoot and after a phone call today with this model I had my opportunity to put my vision into action.

Looks really good, the colours of the metal and the sky really work with the red and black of the clothes!

The first one is great with the angles in his body reflecting the architecture, same goes with the second one though not sure about that collar.

ACCA is certainly a great backdrop to use

Great stuff steve, strong lines shapes and pose suit a male subject well.
I wish I was shooting outside more this yeah, hopefully more post June.

Very nice concept, the backdrop is quite clever too, I do not go much on the rust colour, however that is more my preference then anything else.

I like the poses, however keep coming back wondering what he is looking at? or if he should be looking at something? thoughts?

BW would be something I would go with here, however given that seriously loud red shirt, it would be a crime to hide it :rotfl2:

nice stuff and great to see some thing different and some male models.

I was initially getting him to shoot looking straight at the camera but the sunglasses wernt giving me the eye contact I was after so I let him look all around the place. It was too bright to avoid the sunnies. Perhaps he was looking for an aloof, im too cool to look at you type thing. But I definately think that it deminishes the contact between the model and the viewer.

I got better contact at the follow up shoot I did at a second location

The shirt - yes vibrant and vivid!! - he also had a bright blue shirt but it just wouldnt have worked with the blue sky.
