Blue Bay Sunrise - The EntranceLooking north towards Norah Heads.....
Cheers ....bp....
Difference between a good street photographer and a great street photographer.... Removing objects that do not belong... happy for the comments, but .....Please DO NOT edit my image..... http://bigpix.smugmug.com Forever changing
Re: Blue Bay Sunrise - The EntranceI like the composition, the colour (specially the reflection
on the water of the sky), and the depth of field. It conveys a remoteness and desolation without a human presence.
Re: Blue Bay Sunrise - The EntranceA focal point is missing in this one. Just feel like I need to see to the right of the frame.

Re: Blue Bay Sunrise - The Entrance
probably not the aim right? Imo there is nothing there which draws teh viewers eye in, when I first looked at it, I thought it would be good to see whats off to the right of the image. The colours also look a little over saturated at this end. do you have any other crops or frames from this scene? gerry's photography journey
No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.
Re: Blue Bay Sunrise - The Entrance
Just providing honest C&C. That's all! You sound offended by my remarks. If so, I am sorry.
Re: Blue Bay Sunrise - The EntranceTechnically spot on as always,
all the horizontal leading lines make me want to see more of the scene , a little more to the right with a bigger shot in landscape orientation but without cropping either top or bottom. I like the idea of poitrait orientated landscapes. The reflections are just beautiful and are strong enough to support the photo on their own with an landscape crop making the pool the main focus shot. DebT DebT
