This was the front yard of a place I got to stay in recently. Gorgeous

Image

By the way - I have just worked out how easy the graduated ND filter is to use in lightroom 3 (which I used in processing this shot).

I love the play off between the warm and cool colours. That always works for me.

Lovely light, great lines, and a wonderful spot. I'm jealous :)

Nice shot, be carefull not to over do the grad ND - I always find playign with the effect until I like then backing it off another 10-25%. In this image its a fraction too dark on the top imo.

It does look like a stunning location tho! and those rolling hills are just a sucker for beautiful compositions

Simple and effective. But at the same time it is so intricate with so many layers and contrasting colours. Great Stuff

Good tip - thanks. I always strive not to over process my images. Photoshop is so tempting but important to use restraint

Beautiful photograph. Like above I like the contrast
between the cool and warm colours. I also like your
framing.

:agree: with the others. Beautiful landscape light!

Do you have a lanscape version on this?

Also back off on that grad a little. [before you mentioned lightroom, I thought you had used a cokin blue graduated filter.]
