to be a proud parent. As far as the pictures are
concerned, and for dramatic effect, I don't think you
can bypass number 2. Perhaps number 1, if it were
a horizontal composition. The vertical portrait, I
think detracts rather than add to this image. I guess
this has to do more with personal preference than
photographic know-how that you demonstrated to
have in abundance. Now, consider a composite picture
showing various emotions of the child.
3 and 4 speak for themselves. Those big dark eyes are
mesmerising and the clever use of shallow depth of field
is used very effectively to capture attention.
