Forum rules
Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.

I'll do one more post for some London shots, then I'll stop. :D

Every photograph is good, very good. I like your
composition and use of colour to either harmonise
or contrast. They have a dream like appeal to the
eye.

I agree they are very good shots. Looks like you had some decent weather and these have made me even more keen to go over the England next year.

I always find that striking when I go overseas. We are quite a wide brown land.

Thank you again.
Yes, the Lake District particularly has that unworldly like effect.

We were pretty lucky really. We were washed out one morning and shot through another drizzly day, but the rest was basically dry. On one of the early days I actually got sunburnt. In England. Sunburnt!

I got sunburnt! I nearly peeled!

Actually we had many days of cloud, but it was white not grey. Did have some grey in London.

Daniel - these are really great and have captured the green rolling hills and quintessential english country side very well. I also had a scroll through some of your inner city shots and there are some rippas in there too!

Stunning - I especially like #2 and 3 - the colours in #2 are outstanding.
