Don't ask me why it's taken so long to process this one.

I just couldn't motivate myself to do it.

Nice capture Bob. Too bad the clouds didn't come to play although there is plenty of interest in this image even without clouds.

Straight off the bat, i reckon the horizon is a fraction off or its a bit of an illusion due to the RHS shoreline leading back..

Also, I would consider a pano crop, the sky ain't doing much up there or in the reflection, the trees on the left are already chopped off so some more choppage ain't gonna break the bank here.

I don't think the horizon's off (look at the lake edge on the left hand side). I also don't think a pano crop will work because of light and shade effects on the treeline. The only thing I would do would be to darken the flax in the bottom left corner.

superb composition, and better than many I have
seen in competitions. Go for it!

I'd crop off some of that flax, and then darken and/or clone it out.... the horizon doesnt bother me too much. Cropping the sky will bring a bit more balance to the shot if your are cropping some off the bottom, but I would try to find a balance where you dont lose too many more trees on the LHS.
