Desert Rose

I captured this whilst on an aerial assignment in the Pilbra. We flew over it the morning before and flagged the location so that we could return the following day and capture it in the afternoon light. This way I could be sure the colours would have the most punch.

You can't quite see it but there's a decrepid old fence line leading from the top down. It really adds to the impact of this image but unfortunately gets lost in the web size reduction.
